Guided practices, mostly seated, mindfulness-inspired, and supported by my own experience from retreats in Buddhist monasteries in India, Myanmar and Japan.

Ashtanga

Dynamic yoga practice, focused on breath-movement synchronisation. The best is to be to introduced to it step-by-step in Mysore Style (in which the teacher assigns the postures according to personal predispositions of a practitioner). Ashtanga is usually linked to self-discipline, and regular practice. It's a great day to start a day - filled with positive energy we can face any challenges.

Yin Elements

Relaxing practice, TCM inspired. The main purpose is to release energy locked in meridians (energy lines), and bringing vitality to the organs. During this passive practice we encourage self-healing.
