Ashtanga is usually linked to self-discipline, and regular practice. It's a great day to start a day - filled with positive energy we can face any challenges.
Relaxing practice, TCM inspired. The main purpose is to release energy locked in meridians (energy lines), and bringing vitality to the organs. During this passive practice we encourage self-healing.
